This series of ovens is produced in monobloc 6-pizza modules. The use of special materials with high insulating power, the result of many years’ experience in the field of professional pizzerias, determines excellent thermal efficiency and consequently low consumption. The front is made of stainless steel while the external panels are made of pre-painted sheet metal. The use of a release hinge system, with spring return, allows the door to be removed in just a few seconds for cleaning and/or maintenance, without the need for any tools, while at the same time guaranteeing optimum closure. Large cooking chambers made of aluminised sheet metal. Internal lighting and temperature (which can be set from 50 to 450°C using electromechanical thermostats) are regulated by the control panel. The oven is equipped with a valve for total or partial closure of the vapour discharge. Ceramic glass for high temperatures. High thickness refractory baking plate in compliance with food standards.
TOP version: it is possible to make the oven chamber entirely (floor, ceiling, sides and back) in refractory material.
