It is produced in column-version; the column is entirely stainless steel. The inside is coated with an abrasive wear-resistant compound, of easy servicing and secure yield. The turning cutter is in aluminium casting and is driven by a motor with belt drive mounted on ball bearings. It is provided with a special cover to prevent water infiltrations. The peeler is produced using the most modern technical innovations, according to CE safety standards. The machine operates with a voltage of 220 Volt – 380 Volt, or in single-phase version upon request.
