Mixers produce small and large quantities of homogeneous hard dough for bread, pizza, pasta and cakes with the same efficiency, thanks to an optimal revolution ratio between spiral and bowl, guaranteed by a stout and noiseless chain drive, are reliable and durable, easy to use and easy to clean. Mixers are equipped with gear reducer with oil bath, 18/8 (304) stainless steel spiral and bowl and low voltage (24 Volts) controls. They are manufactured in compliance with the current safety requirements rules. All machines in the standard version can make dough with hydrations up to 65%. For doughs with higher hydrations, versions with increased speed are available (only on the three-phase 2-speed machines from SK25 to SK75) and versions with an inverter (variable speed) to be connected to the 220V single-phase mains (only on the machines from SK16 to SK33).
For egg and flour mixtures, the mixing capacity is reduced by about 30% compared to the values below.
