The combination of discs D8x8 – D10x10 – D12x12 – D20x20 – K8x8 – K10x10 – K12x12 –
K20x20 with discs E6 – E8 – E10 – E14 obtains a vast number of different types of cubes
for minestrone and fruit salads.
SHOESTRING CUTTING DISCS
H25 – H4 – H6 – H8 – H10: celery, courgettes, beetroot, radishes, potatoes and turnips.
The combination of the discs B6 – B8 – B10 with the discs E6 – E8 – E10 allows to obtain shoestrings for the whole length of the product with the desired thickness.
