For dividing 30 kg dough into portions of approximately 20 to 300 g (depending on the type of dough), loading 30 kg of unleavened dough into the upper container. The optimal dough is pizza dough, but it can also be used with other doughs, with different moisture contents, which must not, however, be oily or sticky; in use, it is not possible to flour and therefore the dough must be corrected as soon as it is placed in the machine’s bowl. The accuracy of the weight depends on the type of dough inserted. The new portioning system with photocell beam adjustment guarantees weight accuracy and fast execution. Comes standard with stand and two cones (45-70). The machine can produce up to 2500 balls per hour depending on the selected weight and the diameter of the cone used. All controls are located at the front, as is the removal of parts for cleaning, which is therefore quick and easy with limited space requirements. All food contact materials are made of stainless steel. The machines are built to CE standards.
