The fork mixer is ideal for pizzerias, pastry shops and bakeries. It enables small and large volumes of different types of dough, even the hardest ones, to be mixed homogeneously in a short time. The gentle rotation of the fork tool allows excellent oxygenation of the dough and does not heat it up, thus making the finished product more crumbly. The kneading machine has a sturdy painted steel structure with bowl, fork tool and lid made entirely of stainless steel. The protection of the bowl is half-gridded to facilitate visibility of the dough being processed and to allow the addition of ingredients. The machine is equipped with a low voltage electrical system and meets the requirements of European Directives. The mixer is available in different versions: single-phase 230V, three-phase 400V, three-phase 400V with two speeds, special voltages and timer on request. Trolley H10 cm. or stand H40 cm. with wheels, 2 of which with brakes can be supplied as accessories.
