A fundamental product in the catering field, the Everest knife sterilizer is a cabinet made of AISI 304 stainless steel that, thanks to a lamp that releases germicidal UV rays, is able to completely destroy germs and bacteria. The device is equipped with a plastic support for 14 knives (variable quantity depending on the size of the knife) that must be washed before being inserted in the sterilizer. The device works with a timer from 0 to 30 minutes. After the preset time the knives will be sterilized and ready for use.
